Due to the unique nature of our shop, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Our inventory is constantly changing because of ongoing shopping at our online store and physical location.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to our inventory constantly moving.
Refunds
Again, we do not offer refunds, BUT if your item is damaged, please let us know as soon as you receive it so that we can evaluate and make things right.
If we ever oversell, we will notify you as soon as possible before refunding. If we have not heard back from you within 3 days we will refund that portion of your order.
